The right service depends on two questions: who pays you the most, and which months leave your crew idle. A residential plumber in St. Catharines and a commercial refrigeration firm serving Niagara Falls hotels need different things, even though both are "Niagara trades". Below, each service gets a plain description of what it fixes and who it suits, so you can pick a starting point before we ever talk.
-
Local search across Niagara's 12 municipalities
Show up in the map results of the towns you actually drive to, instead of chasing all of Niagara at once.
-
Hospitality and tourism account marketing
Win recurring service work from hotels, wineries, restaurants and attractions that cannot afford a breakdown in July.
-
Seasonal Google Ads and demand planning
Spend hardest when Niagara demand peaks, and keep the phones ringing through the quiet months with a planned budget.
-
Cottage and vacation-rental owner marketing
Reach absentee owners of Lake Erie cottages and wine-country rentals who need a trusted local crew they rarely meet.
Local search across Niagara's 12 municipalities
This is the foundation for nearly every residential trade. Local search means your Google Business Profile, your website's town pages and your reviews working together so that you show up when someone nearby searches for your service.
Choose it first if:
- most of your work comes from homeowners within a 20–30 minute drive
- you rank for your company name but not for "[service] [town]"
- you serve several municipalities but only appear in one
The Niagara twist is that each municipality behaves like its own small market. We decide which ones deserve dedicated attention, based on where your jobs and margins actually are, rather than building twelve thin pages nobody reads.
Hospitality and tourism account marketing
Some of the region's most valuable service work comes from businesses, not households. Hospitality account marketing targets hotels, restaurants, wineries, attractions and multi-unit rental operators who need dependable vendors and pay on contract.
Choose it if:
- one commercial account would be worth more to you than twenty one-off residential jobs
- you already serve a few hospitality clients and want more like them
- your crew can respond on weekends and holidays, when visitor businesses are busiest
This service is slower to show results than ads, because commercial buyers move through procurement, trial jobs and budget cycles. It is also the steadiest revenue once it works.
Seasonal Google Ads and demand planning
Seasonal ads put paid search on a calendar. We raise budgets in the months where your cost per lead is comfortably below what a lead is worth, and pull back when it isn't.
Choose it if:
- you have obvious busy and slow seasons
- you already run Google Ads at a flat monthly budget
- you need leads this month, not in six months
It also covers the quieter side: planning off-season offers such as maintenance agreements, early-booking discounts or inspections that keep technicians working in February.
Cottage and vacation-rental owner marketing
Niagara has two dense pockets of property owners who are often not on site: the Lake Erie shoreline from Wainfleet through Port Colborne to Fort Erie, and the short-stay and wine-country rentals around Niagara-on-the-Lake and Lincoln. Vacation-property marketing reaches these owners and the managers who act for them.
Choose it if:
- you open, close, maintain or repair seasonal properties
- your customers often live in the GTA, Hamilton or across the border
- you need trust built before the first visit, because the owner won't be there
How to choose in five minutes
- Write down your top ten customers by revenue last year.
- Mark each as homeowner, commercial or absentee owner.
- Note the month each job happened.
- If most are homeowners spread through the year, start with local search.
- If revenue clusters in a few months, add seasonal ads. If commercial or absentee owners dominate, start with the matching account service.
If two answers come out close, start with the cheaper, faster lever and let the tracking data decide the second one after a full season. Niagara's calendar means a three-month test that runs only through summer can mislead you, so we prefer to judge across at least one season change before committing more budget.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need all four services?
Almost never at the start. Most Niagara clients begin with local search, and add one other lever once tracking shows where the next profitable jobs are coming from.
Which service brings results fastest?
Seasonal ads, because a campaign can go live within days. Local search builds more slowly but keeps paying after you stop spending. A sound plan usually runs both, with ads carrying the load early.
Can you work with my existing website?
Often, yes. We review it first. If it loads slowly on phones, hides your number or says nothing about the towns you serve, we'll show you what to fix before spending on traffic.
Are services priced separately?
They are bundled into the monthly plans on our pricing page. The plan you choose sets how many levers we can run at once and how much hands-on time each gets.
