Pick up the phone or send a text to (604) 632-4959, or write to Ali@Sedighi.ca; any of the three reaches the same senior team. Office hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific, meaning noon through 9 in the evening for a Niagara owner. We usually reply within one business day. Whoever answers is a senior strategist, never a sales rep reading a script.

Three ways to reach us
Call (604) 632-4959. Best if you want to talk it through now. If we miss you, leave a short message with your name and a good time to call back.
Text (604) 632-4959. Best if you're on a job site or in the van between calls. A couple of lines is enough to start.
Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Best if you want to send numbers, links or screenshots, or if several people in your business need to see the reply.
Because our hours run into the Niagara evening, many owners find the late afternoon and early evening Eastern time the easiest window to talk without the phone ringing for jobs.
What to include in your first message
You don't need a presentation. A few facts make the first call far more useful:
- Your trade and main services, including any commercial or hospitality work.
- The municipalities you serve, and where your yard or shop is.
- Your busiest and slowest months.
- A rough average job value, even a range.
- What you're doing for marketing now, and what it costs.
- Your website address, if you have one.
Here's a template you can copy and fill in:
Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name]. We're a [trade] company based in [Municipality], serving [list of towns]. Our busy season is [months] and our slow season is [months]. A typical job is worth about [$ range]. Right now we [describe current marketing]. I'd like to talk about [main goal]. Best time to reach me is [day and time].
If you prefer, just send your name, business and phone number, and we'll ask the rest.
What happens next
- We reply, usually within one business day, to set a time.
- The first conversation takes about 30 minutes. We ask about your towns, calendar, numbers and goals, and give you our honest view, including if we think you don't need us.
- A written plan follows if you want one, with the services, timeline, monthly cost and what we expect each piece to return.
- You decide. Nothing starts until you agree to a plan, and plans are month-to-month.
Before the call, it helps to glance at the services and pricing pages so you have a sense of where you might start.
Working with a Vancouver-based team from Niagara
We're headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, as part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group. Distance matters less than it might seem: consultations run by video call or in person, and the work happens in your website, your Google Business Profile, your ad accounts and your call tracking, and we check every plan against what searchers in your actual Niagara towns see.
What we ask from you is simple: access to the accounts we manage, a monthly look at your booked jobs so we can measure what matters, and a quick heads-up when your capacity changes, for example when a technician leaves before the summer rush.
Before you get in touch
If you'd like to understand our approach first, the about page explains who we are, the results page shows the evidence from our HVAC work, and the FAQ covers contracts, ownership and reporting. And if you just want a sanity check on your own marketing, call or text anyway. A short conversation costs you nothing, and you'll come away with at least one thing worth fixing.
Frequently asked questions
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. Eligible trades businesses get a free 30-minute initial consultation. There's no obligation and no pressure to sign anything on the call.
What time is that in Niagara?
Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific translates to noon until 9 in the evening on Niagara's Eastern clock. That suits many Niagara owners, who can call after the crew is off the road.
Can I text instead of calling?
Yes. Text (604) 632-4959 with a short note about your business and a good time to talk, and we'll reply or call you back.
Will I end up on a mailing list?
No. We only reply to people who contact us first, and we only send further messages about the conversation you started.
